Program overview

Program name: Ringback

Ringback is an SMS and voice service that captures incoming leads on behalf of solo home-service businesses — tree services, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, landscaping, junk hauling, handyman work, and similar trades. When you text or call a business phone number connected to Ringback, we handle the intake on that operator's behalf.

How the service works

  • You send an SMS or place a call to a business phone number.
  • Ringback automatically replies with a short set of questions to collect your name, service address, and what you need.
  • The operator receives your inquiry and follows up with a quote or scheduling.
  • If a quote is sent to you, you can reply Y to accept or N to pass.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Typical volume is 1–3 messages per inquiry during intake, plus quote confirmations and occasional follow-ups if the operator hasn't heard back from you.

Message and data rates

Msg & data rates may apply. Standard carrier charges for SMS and MMS may apply depending on your mobile plan. Ringback does not charge you to send or receive messages.

Opt-out

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages from the operator's number. You'll receive a confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent from that operator to that number.

To resume, text the operator's number again — your next message re-opts you in.

Limitations

Ringback is a software service. We are not a party to the agreement between you and the operator you contacted. For questions about a specific quote, scheduling, the work itself, or payment, contact the operator directly. We make no warranty about the operator's work, pricing, or availability.

Acceptable use

Don't use Ringback-connected numbers to harass, threaten, or send spam. We reserve the right to terminate message flows and block numbers that abuse the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
